Volt gets the drop on the heroines as he launches a barrage of electricity on them. They rise to find themselves completely immobilized by Volt’s rope skills. After he can stand the heroines bitching no longer, Volt gags both Catwoman & Batgirl and leaves them to squirm in their bonds to no avail.
